I sat down at a stall for breakfast in the market of the small town of San Agustin, Colombia. The woman cooked me up a plate of eggs, rice, and beans to order. As I was finishing up, this man brought a couple of chickens over and she slit the first one´s neck and let the blood drip into the big white bucket before setting it aside and doing the same to the next chicken.
