The Bohemian Traveler is Stephen Bugno.
For more than a decade I have traveled, worked and volunteered my way across our small world.
I travel for one reason: to see how people are living. Through their food and drink, laughs and loves, art and architecture, buses and trains, cities and villages, young and old, rich and poor, I seek and find personal connection.
I have traveled by foot across Spain, by railway across Siberia, on chicken buses in Nicaragua, old Soviet planes across Uzbekistan, share taxis in Syria, by boat across the English Channel, hitchhiking the length of Denmark, cycling around Nova Scotia, and by my own car across the U.S.A.
BohemianTraveler.com hopes to bring you the stories and lessons learned, with advice to help you create your own organic travel experiences.
